High School Curriculum Cycle

In February 2013, Bishop released a Decree adopting the Framework for High School Catechesis that was put out by the USCCB. You can download a copy of this Framework here. As part of this adoption, parishes can opt-in to one of two different cycles. This is determined on the model you are using for faith formation in High School.

For Grade Level Faith Formation you would use the following semesters for each grade level

When parishes use the large group model (all grades meet at one time and learn the same thing).

When using this model, parishes are asked to align their study in order that the Diocese may offer better support to them.
